Hi, I’m Michelle…

Founder of Happy Mind Happy Life, Certified Holistic Life & Mindset Coach, and podcast host—passionate about helping you create more calm, clarity, and joy in your everyday life… because I know just how powerful that can be.

 

For nearly two decades, I worked in the financial planning world, helping individuals and families create stability and plan for their future. From the outside, it looked like I had it all together—but like so many people, I was also navigating stress, pressure, and the constant feeling of needing to “do more” and “be more.”

Over time, I realized something powerful:
The way we think, respond, and move through our days is shaped by patterns—and when we begin to shift those patterns, we reconnect with our inner light and create more joy in our everyday lives.

Today, I help people gently retrain their minds and reshape their daily lives in a way that feels supportive—not overwhelming.

Through mindset coaching, meditation, EFT tapping, journaling, and simple daily rituals, I guide you in rewiring old patterns, building supportive habits, and creating meaningful, lasting change.

Grounded in the science of neuroplasticity, my work is rooted in the belief that small, consistent shifts can transform how you feel—and how you live.
